What Is the FAFO Guarantee?

It means if your shirt, hat, or hoodie can’t keep up with your lifestyle, we make it right. Period.

  • Refunds: Changed your mind?
    • You’ve got 10 days from delivery to hit us up for a refund.
    • Your item’s gotta come back the way it showed up – unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags if it had ‘em.
    • After 10 days, it’s store credit only.
  • Exchanges: Wrong size? Gear tapped out too early?
    • You’ve got 90 days to swap it out. You’ll get store credit for what you paid for the item – no hoops, no BS!
  • Custom gear: Once it’s built for you, it’s yours. No exchanges, no refunds.

  • Hit us up. Email, contact form - whatever.
  • Ship it back with your order number. No interrogation.
  • Get your store credit for originally paid value of the item purchased.
  • Gear up again. You’re not here to slow down, and neither are we.

What’s Covered?

  • Wear & tear from doing what you do
  • Fit changes from life doing what it does
  • Manufacturing defects or issues
  • Performance failures (not you - the gear)
  • Shipping costs and taxes (those stay with Uncle Sam, not us)

What’s Not Covered?

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Gear that's not recognizable as being the original gear
  • Consumables (you drank it, man)
  • Gift cards (use it or lose it, your call)
