ORDERS AND SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped shortly after. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s available available, typically a day or so prior to it shipping. From there, it's 3-5 days to reaching you, depending on your location compared to ours.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically a day or two prior to your your order shipping, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We've switched to a flat rate shipping, using the average of what it's cost us to ship over recently months. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase as we list that clearly in the checkout process. And we're always running free shipping promotions, which we adjust based on seasons and other promotion activities.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

What carrier is used to ship the products?

As we get close enough to know we're about to ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but the email you receive will identify the carrier being used and tracking details so you can track its progress. Specific to which carrier, we get quotes from the most common carriers, and ship based on best price and timeline to get your purchase to you ASAP.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we focus on U.S. orders. If that changes, we’ll announce it on social channels as well as the announcement bar at top of the website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is the return policy?

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
No restocking fees. No corporate hoops.
We may ask for a photo instead of requiring the item to be shipped back.

Do I have to send the item back?

Not always. In many cases, a photo will do. If it’s still wearable, we encourage you to pass it to someone who would actually rock it.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, which can take up to 10 business days from the date it is processed. This is completely dependent on your financial institution.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us. We’ll walk you through the fastest solution.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items, such as personalized or custom requests. These are typically marked or stated as "personalized" or "customized" and known before purchase.

After the 30-day return window, your gear is still backed for early manufacturing defects.
If something fails early, email us with your order number and a photo. We handle it like brothers - who get along.
